UPVC Plastic Formwork
Extruded from 100% virgin UPVC - no recycled content, no wood flour, no compromises. Every 1-2 hours during production, our QC team pulls samples for real-time inspection. The result: certified strength, genuine UV resistance, and a consistent 50+ reuses, batch after batch.
H20 Timber Beams
Crafted from premium imported Russian Spruce, laminated with a Poplar veneer on the web, then finished with a precision sanding process. We use Phenolic Glue instead of standard Melamine - delivering superior bond strength and weather resistance. Every beam meets EN 13377 standards. No delamination. Longer service life.
Adjustable Steel Props
Built from 100% new steel - welded first, then galvanized, ensuring 360° galvanizing coverage on every joint. We apply alkaline galvanization plating (NSS tested 72+ hours) for years of colorfast protection. Every base plate is full penetration welded, and every nut is Grade 8.8. Precise tolerance: wall thickness/diameter ±0.1mm and weight ±0.5%. Zero negative deviation. Fully tested to EN 1065:1998 - the European standard for adjustable steel props.
Scaffolding Systems
Manufactured to the same rigorous standards as adjustable steel props. Steel thickness precisely matches design specifications - no hidden shortcuts. Every batch undergoes pre-assembly inspection before mass production to ensure perfect component fit and structural stability. Three systems - Frame, T-Frame, Ringlock - one quality standard.
